If you fail to receive your package due to a postal error, we will initiate a reship for you. All other circumstances are on a case by case basis.

When your order is placed it is PGP encrypted. The vendor then processes and ships it out. Once you receive your order and mark it as complete, your order is wiped clean from the system. We only store your public PGP key.
